HEDIS - Medical Record Reviewers ?Hours: Monday- Friday, 8AM- 5PM (flex time) Remote: Remote from home office We are seeking HEDIS Reviewers to review medical records to abstract clinical information for HEDIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Job Description: Responsible for reviewing member records to extract and input data for Performance Measures (HEDIS/CMS) quality reporting. • This role involves locating and downloading relevant documents from the case management system, analyzing them against specific measure criteria, and annotating findings using Adobe PDF. • Data is then recorded in a collection tool to evaluate compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measure specifications. • Accuracy and completeness of all documentation are critical to ensure the integrity of the process. • The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in completing 100% of tasks digitally, with strong proficiency in computer-based workflows. Experience Prefered Qualifications: • HEDIS experience auditing and/or Recent HEDIS training for MY2025 • Adobe/PDF to include commenting/ annotating is required. • Excellent skills and working knowledge using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer (creating, saving files to folders) • Communicate in a clear, concise, and appropriate manner to all levels of staff • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and personal pride in work performance • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills Company DescriptionWorking from home within our company provides the flexibility needed for improved schedule management, promoting a healthier work-life balance and lowering stress levels.
