QuickBooks Migration Specialist

We are a small but growing company currently using QuickBooks Desktop and looking to transition smoothly to QuickBooks Online. We need an experienced professional to guide us through the migration process, ensuring that our financial data is transferred accurately and that we’re fully set up to manage our accounting seamlessly online. Responsibilities: - Assess and analyze our current QuickBooks Desktop setup. - Develop a migration plan to move all financial data, including transactions, customer/vendor lists, and reports, from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition process. - Provide training and best practices for our team to effectively use QuickBooks Online post-migration. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transition. Requirements: - Proven experience in migrating companies from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. - In-depth knowledge of both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online platforms. - Familiarity with troubleshooting common migration issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear guidance and training. - Attention to detail to ensure all data is transferred correctly. Preferred Qualifications: - QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. - Experience working with small businesses. - Availability to provide post-migration support, if needed. Project Scope: - One-time project, with the possibility of ongoing support depending on post-migration needs. - Flexible working hours, with the project timeline to be determined based on your recommendations and availability.
