About the position The Claims Adjuster for Auto Liability Property Damage will be responsible for managing and resolving 1st and 3rd party claims across various jurisdictions nationwide. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, effective communication, and adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements. The position is eligible for fully remote work, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and empathetically. Responsibilities • Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions for resolution. , • Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. , • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process. , • Handle claims in accordance with clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and ethical standards. , • Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • High School Diploma. , • Minimum of 3 years related claims experience. , • Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, and NY. , • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. , • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
