Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create effective strategies. • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress. • Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and team members. • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. • Active national BCBA certification. • Ability to work onsite in Aurora, IL. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
