Job Title: Social Media Manager (Instagram Specialist) Location: Remote Hours: Part-time (8 AM – 8 PM UK time, 20 minutes per hour) Job Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Manager who specialises in Instagram to join our growing e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our social media growth and executing direct marketing strategies on Instagram. You will play a critical role in growing our brand presence organically, building engagement, and driving customer acquisition through targeted marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow our Instagram account through organic strategies including follow/unfollow tactics, engagement, and content curation. • Handle all direct marketing via Instagram, focusing on building relationships with potential customers and driving sales. • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and improve overall brand visibility. • Schedule and post content as required to keep the feed active and aligned with our brand image. • Conduct outreach and manage Instagram DMs for direct marketing, customer service, and engagement. • Analyse performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results. • Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and growth techniques to ensure maximum effectiveness. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the Instagram strategy aligns with broader business goals. Requirements: • Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably in the e-commerce space. • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies on Instagram, including follow/unfollow tactics, engagement strategies, and community building. • Experience with direct marketing via Instagram, including outreach and communication with potential customers. • Knowledge of Instagram analytics and ability to track key metrics to optimise performance. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while meeting growth and engagement targets. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent our brand voice. Working Hours: • Flexible part-time role, with active management required from 8 AM to 8 PM UK time. • 20 minutes of focused work per hour to ensure consistent engagement and monitoring throughout the day.
