About the position Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with Healthcare and PBM Industry Experience. As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your role will involve conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategy and design, and leading execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be responsible for designing an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Responsibilities • Act as a validation and quality assurance expert reviewing existing systems. , • Conduct requirement analysis and define test strategy and design. , • Lead execution of test plans to ensure superior outcomes. , • Design optimal test environments to simulate real-time scenarios. , • Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions. , • Participate in a learning culture that values teamwork and diversity. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. , • 4 years of Information Technology experience. , • 4 years of experience in Healthcare and PBM Industry. , • 2 years of hands-on coding experience with Java, Selenium Webdriver Test automation, and API test automation using Ready API. , • At least 2 years of hands-on coding experience in Core Java and standard test tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Rest Assured, and Cucumber. , • At least 2 years of experience using version control systems such as SVN, GitHub, and BitBucket. , • Experience with testing strategies and test execution. , • Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle. , • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies. Nice-to-haves • Experience in API/Web Services testing. , • Experience in Database testing. , • Knowledge of DevOps concepts. , • Knowledge of test methodologies, creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documents. , • Experience in writing and executing manual test cases. , • Ability to develop test data to simulate production application environments. , • Knowledge of the defect life cycle. , • Familiarity with Test Management tools such as Zephyr. , • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA. , • Strong communication skills. , • Ability to write simple to medium complex database queries. , • Experience working in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
