Remote Financial Coach

SAFE - Secure, Adequate Financial Education Part-time, Remote Financial Coach POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Computer literacy. • Experience using Google Drive. • Experience attending and/or conducting Zoom meetings. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Customer service experience is a plus. • Must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. citizen, and be able to pass a federal background check. SOFT SKILL QUALIFICATIONS: • Time management skills and the ability to self motivate. • Must be prompt and reliable. • Positive attitude. • Ability to work independently and with a team. REPORTS TO: • Hannah Tucker - Senior Regional Leader • Zachary Byler - Regional Vice President JOB GOALS: • This is a remote position that will require an entrepreneurial mindset. You must be willing to learn an abundance of new material and attend several weekly training meetings. If you are looking for a career in the financial industry, this position is for you. If you are looking for an easy part time job that requires little to no effort or thought, this position is NOT for you. All licensing and training is provided and no prior experience in the financial industry is required. The position is part-time initially but can transition to full-time as your client base is established. You will obtain several licenses, including life insurance, Series 6, Series 63, and MLO. CORE PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: • As a remote financial coach, you will conduct meetings with clients, assess their financial situation, identify problematic areas, and solve problems using our company's software and services. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule. You will be required to attend weekly training meetings and study independently for all required licenses. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: • Independent Contractor. • Part-time employment; 10-20 hours per week: Build income while you work your current job until you are able to transition to full-time.
