Responsibilities as a Benefit Specialist • Client Outreach – Connect with clients who have inquired about their benefits. • Appointment Scheduling – Set up virtual or in-home meetings to review client benefits. • Virtual Reviews – Conduct benefit consultations through Zoom, offering personalized support. • Enrollment Assistance – Guide clients through the enrollment process, making it seamless and easy. • Report Preparation – Finalize a detailed report card for each client after the benefit review.
