In this remote role, you will leverage your local community to connect with potential customers, educate them on our exclusive leasing offers, and close deals. Whether you’re networking at local events, using your personal connections, or engaging online within your neighborhood, this role allows you to drive your success from the comfort of your local area. Your goal is to secure a minimum of 6 customers per month, earning a base salary, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on your performance. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate leads within your local community through phone calls, emails, social media, and personal outreach. • Educate potential customers about our exclusive leasing options, featuring name-brand cars like BMW, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, and more, all available at prices lower than typical dealership rates. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored leasing solutions that best fit their needs and budget. • Close deals by finalizing lease agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. • Meet or exceed the target of 6 new customers per month to maintain your base salary, with the potential to earn bonuses for exceeding targets. Compensation: • Base Salary: $3,000/month • Bonus Structure: Earn additional bonuses based on performance and customer acquisition. • Achieving 6 customers per monthguarantees your base salary. • Bonuses will be offered for exceeding monthly targets. Requirements: • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or leasing industry, is a plus. • Self-motivated and able to work independently within your local community. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. • Proven ability to close sales and handle customer objections effectively. • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. • Reliable internet connection and basic proficiency with CRM tools (training provided).
