A typical day: Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and experiences,, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from pre-production planning to final delivery at scale Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test and deliver, and scale experiences globally that align with our vision and strategy Partner with procurement and legal on SOWs and contracting Work autonomously to develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to allow global counterparts to support delivery at scale Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights Mentor and manage junior team members Your expertise: 10+ years of experience leading integrated creative projects, brand activations, events and experiential productions Experienced in contracting and managing talent Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, deliverables and staffing needs for project teams. Experience managing agency, partner, and vendor relationships Experience working with and influencing across various levels of the organization and cross-functional teams.
