Remote: Data Entry Analyst

Responsibilities Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team. Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency. Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines. Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational abilities Strong independent work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines Effective communication skills High school diploma or an equivalent qualification Apply Job!
