Job Title: Amazon & Walmart FBM Virtual Assistant | Seller Central, Customer Service, and Account Management Job Type: Remote | Freelance | Hourly/Fixed-Rate Project Scope: Large (Ongoing Work) This is a long-term, ongoing role for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations across multiple Amazon and Walmart FBM stores. The work involves account management, customer service, product listings, and continuous optimization of our order processing systems. This role is critical to supporting the growth of our e-commerce business. Level of Expertise: Intermediate to Expert We are looking for a VA with hands-on experience in managing Amazon and Walmart Seller Central accounts. Familiarity with claims management, seller support, customer service, and Photoshop is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential. Scope of Work -Daily Account Management Manage Amazon and Walmart Seller Central metrics, ensuring account health compliance. Handle appeals for A-Z claims, chargebacks, SAFE-T claims, and coordinate with seller support. Monitor incoming orders using management software, optimize dimensions, weight, and carrier selection, and prepare orders for printing. Record and track all orders in a database for accuracy and reporting. -Product Listings & Optimization Create and maintain accurate product listings daily. Edit product images using Photoshop (as needed for new product launches). Optimize listings with SEO best practices for better search visibility. -Customer Service & Feedback Management Respond to customer inquiries on Amazon and Walmart. Manage the customer service phone line (2-3 calls daily) after initial training. Monitor feedback and reviews, disputing fake or policy-violating content. -Account Protection & Growth Strategies Proactively monitor policy changes to prevent account suspensions. Assist with writing and filing appeals for account or product suspensions. Implement review generation strategies within Amazon’s guidelines. Perform competitor analysis to suggest pricing and marketing strategies. Timeline and Work Style -Delivery Speed: Daily tasks must be completed promptly to maintain account performance. Urgent issues (e.g., account health violations) must be addressed immediately. -Work Style: You will work independently but maintain regular communication with the team. Use Clockify (or similar) for time tracking. -Potential for More Work: High-performing freelancers will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and grow with the company. -What We Need Help With: Optimizing order processing workflows. Improving customer feedback and managing negative reviews. Navigating complex seller support issues and preventing account suspensions. Required Experience Amazon and Walmart Seller Central account management. Customer service via messaging platforms and phone support. Filing claims (A-Z, SAFE-T, chargebacks) and seller support communication. Proficiency with Photoshop for product image editing. Experience with inventory/order management tools and databases. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluent in conversational and written English. Preferred Experience: Competitor research and pricing strategy. Basic Amazon PPC or promotional campaign experience. Experience managing product review generation strategies.
