About the position The Data Entry Clerk for the Imports Team at Robert Half is responsible for managing import customer service and ensuring accurate data entry processes within the Cargowise system. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth logistics operations and providing excellent service to import clients. Responsibilities • Ensure manual data entry into the Cargowise system is executed accurately and swiftly , • Offer excellent customer service to import clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly , • Monitor customer accounts, making sure they are up-to-date and accurate , • Take appropriate actions based on customer account status , • Assist in the implementation of Cargowise, contributing to the improvement of our logistics operations , • Maintain comprehensive records of customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed efficiently , • Support the team in managing import containers, ensuring their proper handling in our logistics operations. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience working within a logistics or similar industry. , • Proven experience in a data entry role. , • Proficiency in using Cargowise software. , • Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail. , • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. , • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. , • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. , • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. , • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
