With over 110 solar farms developed in multiple states, our client is a highly respected player in the community solar niche. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a key role that blends project finance, asset management, and community solar development. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong financial background in solar or wind projects, particularly those with tax equity experience. The position will be remotely based. Responsibilities: ? 3rd Party Funding: Focus on securing and managing third-party funding, including tax equity and lender relations. ? Tax Equity & Lending: Work closely with tax equity investors, lenders, and financial partners to structure and execute transactions. ? Asset Management: Support ongoing management of solar projects, ensuring financial performance and operational efficiency. ? Transaction Execution: Lead and manage transactions, from the initial stages through to closure. ? Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with third-party investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Candidate Profile: ? Experience with tax equity ? Experience with solar, battery storage, or wind project financings ? Strong work ethic with a high level of attention to detail. ? Solid procedural experience and understanding of financial structures. ? Proficiency in financial modeling, asset management, and working with financial software tools. ?
