Stay informed on the latest developments in tax laws and regulations through thorough research and analysis. Mentor and cultivate junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Establish and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Required Skills Over 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a concentrated focus on partnership tax. Comprehensive understanding of federal and state partnership tax laws and regulations. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field is required. A master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
