Job Description

As a Live Chat Support representative at Symphony Solution Inc, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through live chat. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that our company is known for. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
