Customer Engagement Budget Specialist

About This Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Budget Manager to join our team at Disney Experiences. As a key member of the CE Budget Management team, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing payment data, facilitating invoice payments, and developing new tracking and reporting templates. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from processing postage checks to developing new processes for future planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and analyze payment data to ensure accuracy and efficiency • Facilitate invoice payments and work with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance • Develop new tracking and reporting templates to improve overall efficiencies • Prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis • Partner with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests • Present and communicate effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives Requirements: • 3+ years' work experience • Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development • Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills. Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required • Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas • Practical experience with Coupa, SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year Apply Job!
