Job Description

As a Digital Technology Manager at Southwest Airlines, you will lead a team of talented software developers and IT specialists who are responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our digital platforms and solutions. Your primary objective will be to drive technological innovation and efficiency across our digital assets, ensuring an exceptional user experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. Excellent understanding of software development and IT infrastructure. 4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. 7. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations. Educational Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. – Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital technology management or equivalent leadership roles within the technology sector.
