Responsibilities • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job opportunities abroad. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. • Create and post engaging job advertisements on relevant platforms. • Utilize social media to attract and connect with potential candidates. • Evaluate applicants' qualifications and align them with client needs. • Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the application process. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing techniques. • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met. • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others find job opportunities. •
