Required Skills Bachelors Degree in Special Education or a related field; a Masters degree is highly desirable. Valid Kansas teaching license with a special education endorsement in compliance with Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) requirements. In-depth knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and experience in customizing accommodations and modifications. Demonstrated ability to provide online instruction to students with special needs. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with students, families, and educational staff. Proficiency in utilizing digital learning platforms and assistive technologies to support educational achievements. Qualifications Proven experience in developing and implementing IEPs. A successful track record in virtual teaching for students with special needs. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential. Comfortable with technology and online educational tools.
