Key Responsibilities Deliver psychotherapy services to diverse clients, either virtually or in-person at designated locations. Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and formulate individualized treatment plans. Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans in alignment with client progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a holistic approach to client care. Ensure timely submission of client documentation within 72 hours of each session. Maintain an active caseload in accordance with the standards set forth in your employment agreement. Effectively manage your caseload, including scheduling, billing, and addressing client engagement. Required Skills Dedication to client-centered care and a strong desire to enhance your knowledge of trauma-informed methodologies and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a collaborative spirit are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Must hold an active, independent license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Clinical Psychologist. Must reside in a state where our services are offered (California residency required for hybrid positions). Must not be opted out of Medicare. Strong technological proficiency, including experience with EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.

Compensation
And Benefits Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a generous sign-on bonus totaling (3,500 for full-time therapists (structured as )2,000 after 90 days and $1,500 after 9 months). Competitive Compensation: Full-time therapists can earn between (70,000 and )110,000 annually, with a base salary starting at $70,000 for a minimum of 25 clients per week, allowing for increased earnings based on caseload. Part-Time Opportunities: Engage in flexible part-time roles with session options between 10-24 per week at an hourly rate of $50.
