Remote ELL Teacher - Telehealth | WFH

Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and experienced Special Education Teacher with a focus on English Language Learners (ELL) to join our esteemed team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position provides flexibility for educators who are dedicated to positively impacting the academic journeys of K-12 students. As a Special Education Teacher, you will offer virtual support and guidance to facilitate student success while cultivating an inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide customized instructional support to K-12 students enrolled in special education and ELL programs, addressing their distinct academic needs. • Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) while tracking student progress to ensure goal attainment. • Deliver interactive virtual lessons and maintain consistent communication with students and their families to provide constructive feedback. • Collaborate with fellow educators and support personnel to guarantee the educational success of students with varied learning requirements. • Promote a welcoming and inclusive virtual classroom culture. Required Skills • Strong instructional abilities in special education. • Experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) is highly desirable. • Ability to create a positive, inclusive online learning atmosphere. • Excellent communication skills with students, families, and colleagues. Qualifications • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid Special Education certification in New Hampshire is required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education. • Previous experience in virtual teaching is preferred but not mandatory.
