Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the consumer services industry. Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific job opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates and enhance our talent pool. Create and manage job postings that effectively communicate the opportunities available and attract the right candidates. Collaborate with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiencies in our recruitment strategy. Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, guiding them towards successful placements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Cultural sensitivity and awareness of language barriers in the recruitment process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate candidate records. Fluency in at least one additional language besides English is highly desirable.
