OVERVIEW Jaan Health is looking for highly-motivated interns who are interested in a remote, paid summer position. Our company serves over 90+ clients who are caring for over 50,000 patients and applicants will have the opportunity to play a key role in planning and executing projects to support the company’s rapid growth and to work with seasoned team leaders. We are a rapid-growth B2b SaaS company that offers our clients a software platform called Phamily (https://phamily.com/) to provide connected care management to their patients. Phamily keeps patients in contact with their care manager, who regularly checks up on them and acts as a resource for any concerns they might have about their health in order to keep them happier and healthier for longer.
