We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Manager of Customer & Performance Data Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will guide a dedicated team of data engineers focused on the seamless collection and integration of marketing data. You will be essential in managing core data functions that enable insightful business analytics and foster data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong seasoned background in data management and analytics, along with a deep commitment to innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and QA specialists. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the data solutions team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Data Strategy & Planning Develop and implement strategies for data ingestion, enhancement and utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and prioritize projects. Guide the Marketing department as a SME on data availability, usage and best practices. Data Management Ensure seamless data collection and harmonization tailored for performance reporting. Oversee the development and maintenance of data acquisition pipelines, ETL processes and data storage solutions. Ensure data quality, availability, accessibility and accuracy through robust processes and checks. Project Execution Manage and execute projects related to data solutions requests. Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess and scope data needs to meet business needs. Lead the automation of manual data processes, checks and audits to enhance efficiency and improve accuracy. Innovation & Improvement Explore and implement new data analytics solutions and platforms to support data democratization across the department. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
