Entry Level Business Anlayst
Key Responsibilities:s Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Assist in the development of process maps and workflow diagrams. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes. Help in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. Support project management activities, including tracking progress and managing timelines. Participate in meetings to gather insights and feedback from team members. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during project implementations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of business processes and project management methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Visa sponsorship
