We’re looking for Data Entry Operator to join our team in order to help us with our data entry needs. Data Entry Operator Duties: • Enters data from source documents into workplace databases • File and organize incoming data Adhere to established filing systems • Promote a pleasant work environment by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to appropriate individuals • Perform related administrative duties as required Data Entry Operator Responsibilities: • Assist in administrative duties, such as answering phones and greeting customers Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software • Archive and organize records, reports, and documents Manage orders, invoices, and expense reports Conduct research, compile information, and prepare reports • Perform basic accounting tasks such as posting payments and invoices Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

And Skills: • Entry-level position requiring a minimum of a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience performing data entry or a related task • Ability to input data in an accurate and timely manner Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access) Highly organized and able to complete Apply Job!
