Benefits • We offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase. • Maternity Leave • Medical Insurance • Tuition loan Repayment • Paid Training • 401k Responsibilities • This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home after completing an initial training period on-site, providing you with both flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exceptional customer service • Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative • Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking • Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy • Enters information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content. • Reads source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enters data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners. • Compares data with source documents and utilizes documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reports them to supervisors as needed. Qualifications • Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy • Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies • We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.
