Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development • Write and develop scripts from scratch for training videos, learning modules, youtube videos and short form content. • Create high-quality written content for blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns. • Ensure content is clear, concise, and audience-friendly. Content Strategy • Research and ideate topics aligned with Intellismith’s goals and audience. • Contribute to the planning of content calendars for the skilling platform and social media. Social Media Writing • Develop creative captions, headlines, and posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. • Optimize posts for engagement and ensure alignment with the brand voice. Editing and Proofreading • Review and refine content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency. • Ensure scripts and drafts are engaging and polished Skills Required • Proven experience in scriptwriting, particularly for youtube videos & educational content. • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging videos. • Strong research abilities to ensure accuracy and depth in content. • Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools. Preferred: • Prior experience writing scripts for YouTube videos & e-learning content.
