Business Product Analyst - Multi Level

Job Summary: Position for various levels for experience including Fellow: Under limited supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases). Responsible for providing program/project planning and management across multiple stakeholder groups to support standing up a new decision analytics organization for Enterprise demand and capacity management. Driving change and implementing processes across multiple groups to implement a systematic and data-driven approach to demand management analytics, centralizing and consolidating insights and facts to enhance business decision making to deliver value. Responsibilities – • Ensures that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated • Works with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals. • Builds and leverages solid working relationships with stakeholders • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. • Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques. • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments including but not limited to PowerBi, SQL, Azure Skills – • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Experience with data integration and business intelligence applications • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • QDM Certification is a plus Domicile Information: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Business Product Analyst II Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Two (2) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst III Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst Advisor Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. Business Product Analyst Principal Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: ?? ??
