Triage Nurse - 100% Remote - RN and LVN Positions - Full Time 3 or 4 day work week

This position is 100% remote and accepting applications from applicants WITH COMPACT LICENSES living in the following states: CA, AZ, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO IL, IN, TN, FL, MD, NJ, and NC. This position involves the following: Managing nursing requests from various programs, per established protocols and within scope of practice. Triage and delegation of admissions to on-call nurse practitioner, physician assistant and/or physician providers. Managing common patient care issues that do not require provider involvement, per established protocols. Triage and delegation of patient followup visits with appropriate providers. Assisting providers with medication orders orders and refill requests. Providing friendly, helpful, and responsive, service oriented experience for programs and patients. Ideal Candidates will have the following: California nursing license in good standing is a MUST Nursing compact license (Multi-state), in addition to California licensure. We will consider nurses who reside in the following states: CA, AZ, CO, NE, KS, OK, TX, MO IL, IN, TN, FL, MD, NJ, and NC. WEEKDAY and WEEKEND POSITIONS, ALL SHIFTS EXCELLENT customer service skills and a good bedside manner EXCELLENT multi-tasking and computer skills. Must be able to navigate several software program concurrently. Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, busy work environment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to help improve services to patients suffering with mental health conditions and addiction. This is a position for an experienced nurse who has excellent multi-tasking skills, organizational skills and workflow management. Nurses with demonstrated longevity in previous positions, strong customer service skills, and excellent references will be considered favorably for this position. Related to the healthcare area we serve, excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work well with a team are necessary attributes for success in this position.
