As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics management and venue coordination. • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event needs are met. • Support the development of event marketing materials, including social media posts and promotional content. • Help set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and decor. • Monitor event budgets and assist with financial tracking and reporting. • Participate in event rehearsals and coordinate event-day activities to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event registration software. • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
