This part-time remote position allows you to provide high-quality instruction in various environments, including classrooms, participants homes, and both individual and group settings. Key Responsibilities Deliver and assess curriculum, adapting it to meet the diverse needs of participants and program objectives. Facilitate recruitment strategies for program participants and manage the intake process. Monitor participant progress and compile data in compliance with professional standards. Manage instructional materials and resources to support educational goals. Collaborate with team members in meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities to contribute to program enhancement. Uphold high teaching standards while fostering continuous program improvement. Required Skills Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information to individuals and groups. Proficiency in interpreting instructional materials and conducting assessments. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Experience working with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline is required. Prior experience in teaching or a related capacity is preferred. Fluency in a second language may be advantageous. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation may be necessary.
