Required Skills • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a solid understanding of medical terminology. • Capability to build trust with patients and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED is required. • 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a call center setting. • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. • Experience in a specialty pharmacy call center is advantageous. • Bilingual healthcare interpreter certification is preferred or a commitment to pursue certification.
