Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status. • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction. • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex inquiries and improve service delivery. • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. • Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or telecommunications is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse customers. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
