Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and via email.
- Handling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database.
- Building and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Working collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required.
The Successful Applicant A successful Supporter Care Officer should have:
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising/donations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A team-oriented mindset.
