Responsibilities • Input data accurately into computer systems and databases. • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry. • Update existing data as necessary and ensure database integrity. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data security protocols. • Assist in generating reports and data summaries as needed by different teams. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather required data. • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data as they arise. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and database management software. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality of work. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration purposes. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
