Lead and manage a team of analysts to drive strategic insights and business decisions for CVS Health. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business growth and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide data-driven solutions. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of business initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to senior leadership. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their analytical skills and professional growth. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. Effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide valuable insights.
