Key Responsibilities • Formulate and implement innovative and cost-effective recruitment strategies that align with both short-term and long-term organizational growth objectives. • Execute sourcing strategies designed to boost applicant flow, particularly for high-demand and cyclical hiring needs. • Create targeted and effective recruitment plans for challenging-to-fill positions, informed by market conditions and talent trends. • Collaborate with hiring managers as a consultative partner, offering insights on best practices regarding timing, processes, and candidate experiences to uphold a high-quality hiring process. • Identify and enact enhancements to talent acquisition workflows, driving greater efficiency and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Partner with the HR team to refine all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including job descriptions and compliance measures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and candidate engagement. • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers, equipping them with the tools necessary for fair and effective hiring decisions. • Act as a subject matter expert throughout the interview process, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality in candidate interactions. • Maintain transparency and compliance during background screening and employment verification processes. Required Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with the K-12 education sector is advantageous. • 5-7 years of expertise in talent acquisition, with a concentration on full-cycle recruitment and sourcing. • Understanding of current trends and best practices in talent attraction and candidate experience, including the use of inclusive language. • Proficiency in creating recruitment tools such as interview guides and scorecards. • Competence in leveraging social media and job boards to tap into a diverse talent pool. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly UKG Ready. • Familiarity with Google Workspace. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.

Compensation

And Benefits The salary for this position ranges from (75,000 to )95,000. New hires typically begin at a salary within the minimum and midpoint of the salary band, contingent on qualifications, location, internal equity, and budget considerations for the role.
