Aging/Disability Project Manager - Remote anywhere in Texas

We seek a Project Manager to work remotely from anywhere in Texas, managing, tracking, and supporting the operational scope, technical architecture, outgoing and incoming service vendor resources, and cost associated with implementing a re-procured solution. Responsibilities include: • Develop a program implementation approach and establish protocols to manage the successor based on RFO requirements. • Provide the outgoing and incoming service vendors with a fully integrated SaaS solution with a web-based interface using a comprehensive database to store information and generate consistent and accurate reports at all levels for which the system is implemented. • Support multiple concurrent users across the State for a system that will maintain the call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activity, and Ombudsman information needed to satisfy all applicable Federal reporting requirements. This position allows telework, but you may be... required to be onsite for specific meetings. Position is needed for approximately 18 months. Minimum Requirements: Yrs Experience 8 Years of system/software development and maintenance experience (knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Agile and DevOps implementations and methodologies, respectively) 8 Experience in leveraging and applying current state business process modeling notation methodologies (extracting notations from relational database data elements and schemas) 8 Complex System/forms/configuration/data migration; System architecting experience 8 Multiple workstream project and cost management experience 8 Advanced skills using MS Office applications including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint 8 Experience with SaaS information management solutions that support aging/disability and ombudsman program areas (or similar in nature/capability/complexity) 8 Experience with federally funded subrecipient vendor programs Apply Job!
