Compensation and Benefits

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from (46,000 to )93,000. This range includes the base salary expected for the role and will depend on various factors, including experience and skills. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive based on company performance. Skills • Understanding of travel data and related processes with the ability to analyze spend and trends. • Excellent technical skills in travel technology, including online booking systems and reporting tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills, dedication to quality, adaptability, and change management. • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and set expectations effectively. • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. Responsibilities • Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads, utilizing best practices. • Build strong relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams. • Generate creative ideas to innovate products and services. • Use analytical and creative approaches to condense large amounts of information. • Drive results with urgency and customer-focused problem-solving. • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in client communication. Qualifications • Previous experience working in a global environment is a plus. • Must be able to demonstrate measurable results. • Strong adaptability, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
