Key Responsibilities: • Accurately enter, update, and... maintain information across various systems and databases. • Verify data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents. • Work remotely with internal teams to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data. • Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly. • Generate reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders. • Manage and organize digital records in compliance with data security protocols. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools. • Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred). • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely. • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Familiarity with CRMs or data management platforms is a plus.
