Role:- SAP SD Consultant ECC S4 Hana Location:- Remote - USA... Mode of Hire:- Full Time Job Description: • Strong SAP SD knowledge of 10-12 years with hands on experience on ECC 6 and exposure to S4 Hana • Identify and sharpen the business need, provide knowledge of business processes, and help to identify and to understand relevant data and define how results should be evaluated. • Facilitate business requirements gathering discussions/ workshops • Supports the Business Partner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service(s). • Create detailed user stories that is well understood both by clients and technical/development team. Create detailed functional specification document. • Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, developers to ensure clear understanding and translation of business requirements. • Pre-qualifies and prioritizes change requests, escalates changes that should be projected to the Project Manager & team • Liaising between users and technical team. • Create training collaterals, conduct trainings for users • Identifying potential threats and informing all concerned parties in a timely manner • Support with domain & business process knowledge in Order to Cash/ Transportation & Logistics processes. • Support projects with competence in SAP SD module • Provides guidance or support to development teams, guiding task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
