Live chat customer service for Shopify app (saas) - Contract to Hire

Hi there, I need several agent support for my shopify apps that need to have the following skills ... - MOST IMPORTANT : is friendly when typing on a live chat (as you would do when talking to your friends on - has a good written english - know Shopify (does not have to be an expert) instagram/snapchat/messenger but with no typo) - know what a shopify app is - is not dumb in front of a computer (if you don't know how to clear your cache then this job is not for you) - is logical as my Shopify app will require you to be logical to be able to understand what the issue is about and help them fix it - someone who is able to juggle several conversations at once - a laptop is needed (but i guess you have one if you're answering this job post) -i need someone to be available approx from 9h to 17h, UTC+8 The missions will be the following - help people who have issues on my Shopify app - be friendly with them - get reviews on the app store by helping people Job would be paid $250 to $350 per month. It is remote. It does not have to be full time. You just have to answer chat when they come. Also you'll be paid 5$ per review earnt thanks to you (top people in my team currently generate 60+ reviews per month). There will be bonus too each 20 reviews.
