Essential Job Functions: As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Customer Care Coordinators must have the ability to communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. To exceed our customers’ needs, our associates must be punctual, reliable, problem solvers, act with integrity, and be dedicated to making a difference. The Requirements: • Must type a minimum of 25 WPM • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) • High school diploma or GED • Successful completion of mandatory training • Customer service experience • Preferred - 6 months experience in a contact center or retail environment • Preferred – 6 months experience with computer processing/data entry software Location: Work from Home in Approved States Hours: We provide 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities. The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00-$28.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience addressing and responding to customer requests in a contact center or retail industry environment. 6 months experience with basic computer processing/data entry software.
