Sales Executive / Recruiter - 100% Remote

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced, sales environment. In this position, you will... be working as a Recruiter finding companies that are looking to hire, and simultaneously finding the candidates to fill those positions. What You Need for this Position 2-4 years of B2B sales lead generation AND account management experience Prior Agency Recruiting Experience (Plus But Not Required) Proven success such as awards, recognitions, promotions, etc. Experience in a fast-paced/KPI-driven environment Experience working remotely (Plus) Team sports background (Plus) Bachelors Degree from an accredited university (Plus) What You Will Be Doing Lead generation through various business development methods Account management and maintaining existing client relationships Candidate sourcing through the use of our proprietary tech platform with mentorship/training from top-performers Achieving KPIs and quarterly/annual goals based on the amount of compensation you are targeting for the year
