Role Overview As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will: Develop and Implement IEPs: Create tailored education plans to meet the unique needs of each student. Provide Instruction: Deliver engaging virtual lessons across various subjects, adapting to student needs. Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed. Collaborate with Families and Educators: Work closely with families and other professionals to support student growth. Document Outcomes: Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP updates. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field. Licensure: Valid Special Education license in Minnesota. Experience: Prior experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
