Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Position Overview: At AutoZone you will play a key role in ensuring efficient business operations by expertly handling equipment to manage merchandise within the warehouse. Their duties include overseeing the storage and retrieval of goods, which is vital to the company's overall success... Responsibilities: • Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse. • Load and unload goods from transport vehicles with care and safety as priorities. • Perform daily equipment inspections, including battery charging and machine lubrication, to maintain optimal performance. • Arrange and organize products in the warehouse to facilitate efficient inventory control. • Use RFID scanners to track inventory changes and ensure accurate stock records. • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times. Qualifications: • Proven experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Familiarity with industrial equipment and attention to detail. • Valid forklift operator certification. • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
