As a Delta Airlines Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued passengers. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about flight schedules, policies, and services. Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 7. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Responsibilities 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally 2. Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations 3. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations 4. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines policies and promotions 7.
