This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, professional and ambitious individual who is looking to join a large organisation. The role • Providing full PA and secretarial support to Partners and Advisors. • Scanning correspondence and documents. • Typing correspondence and formatting documents. • File management (e-filing and hard copy filing). • Creating letters and managing data. • Supporting with events, including managing room bookings and catering requests. • Diary management. • Answering the phone. • Raising invoices. • Other admin support duties. About you: • Must have administration experience within a professional services organisation. • Highly organised with great attention to detail. • Effective communicator • Self-motivated with ability to work alone or as part of a team. • Ability to engage with key stakeholders. • Friendly... positive and enthusiastic. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
